Fundraiser Reports:
NTP = Nothing To Report
TBA = To Be Announced
            • Meijer Rewards—www.meijer.com/rewards Oxford Band Booster Rewards account #725130—$109 in next . Requested more sign-ups, but still working on problems with the e-checks. (Debit card/cash still works with the card, but the Meijer credit card has some issues that haven’t been resolved yet). They have upped the price for use of the gas card, instead of 5 cents it's 10 cents off the gas.--FYI, this doesn't go to the band, it just saves you money. NTP
            • Scrip Program—online orders log onto www.shopwithscrip.com and use id #711E5L7F13162. Can pay online or through Mr. Gibbons or Mr. Parrish.  Student gets [100%-($1 surcharge for each shipment)].  For example, $100 gift card w/12% kickback, student gets $11, plus you save on your purchase. We need to get money for Scrip program from special account into Band Booster accounts. Total is approximately $1300. We've received $800, but there's more due. (Band Boosters discussed where the money is, how it's being broken down & how it's being distributed. Boosters proposed that Scrip account needs to be accounted for every 2 weeks or at least once a month. Kathy Penley will work on getting her name on the account--when Scrip accounts are being ordered)
            • Good Search—  www.goodsearch.com. Works like Google or Yahoo. Type in Oxford Wildcat Band Boosters. Once you click on verify and you see our name, then perform the search. For every search that you do we receive one penny. Can also do shopping, up to 40%.--$30 in the last month ($171.52 year-to-date, 2009)
              • Pampered Chef—NTP
            --AVON-NTP
            • Bowl-a-thon—$375.50 (23 people)--$16.33/student involved. Note: There was some criticism that we did not bowl locally, but went to Sterling Heights. The reason for this is that Colliers did not call the organizers back until it was too late, otherwise we would have.
            • Little Caesar’s—NTP
            • Seymour Lake Park Concession Stand— Has started up again for summer/spring. Profits have gone way up on Mondays & Fridays because of Little League, making $150-$160 (all goes to the student, but flows through band boosters). Student hourly rate would be running at $14.50 without overhead. We make 100% profit on candy; hot dogs are going well. Health Department has inspected and we're good to go. We're hoping to run concessions during the Grand Opening of the Splash Pad, but as of this writing it hasn't been decided yet. Anybody who missed sign-up for concessions and is interested, contact Karen Logan to check for potential openings or substitutions, KJLogan94@sbcglobal.net
            *bulbs--3 people were involved
            • Tag Day--NTP
            Tupperware--NTP
            Glitz Cut-A-Thon--was canceled due to lack of participation (no power anyway)
            Golf Outing--NTP
            Wojo's: It was May 21st.
            Other: Middle School kids can be involved & get accounts going.
            Oakland County 4H Fair: to be announced, but it's a very good fundraiser--Lorie is working on the schedule, should have it this week--in Davisburg, July 7-12th. Clean-up.
